WHAT'S OUR RETURNS POLICY*?

Item(s) are eligible for a refund if they meet all of the following:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase; 30 starts from the date of purchase to when it is received at our warehouse

  2. Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and

  3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags and shoe boxes. You dont need the clear plastic packaging.

*The above return policy is in addition to and does not affect the statutory rights you have under the Australian consumer Law.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Send an email to us directly at hello@louskylar.com noting the issue and we will provide return address.

Return shipping costs:

  • If item(s) are faulty, we will reimburse return shipping expenses

  • If item(s) are being returned or exchanged due to change of mind, customer pays return shipping

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

We endeavour to pack and process your order as quickly as possible. You are only able to change your delivery address if they order has not yet been shipped.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Order should arrive within 3-7 business days of dispatch. Each of our products are hand made specifically for you and take time, so please be patient with us as we process your order.
